An Emotionally Focused Workbook for Couples

An Emotionally Focused Workbook for Couples

How to integrate and use this powerful resource with your couples

Veronica Kallos-Lilly, PhD & Jenny Fitzgerald PhD

ICEEFT Certified EFT Trainers

In this two- hour online conversation, Veronica and Jenny will discuss what’s new in the 2nd edition of their popular book, An Emotionally Focused Workbook for Couples: The Two of Us. We will share ideas on how to use it to support your therapeutic process in session. We always envisioned the workbook as a bridge connecting the powerful in-session experience of EFT to our clients’ lives outside of session, to bolster their growth and transformation. Similarly, the workbook exercises and L-O-V-E conversations provide rich material for couples to bring into their sessions to further explore and deepen with their therapist. During our presentation we will dig into a few key exercises in the book and illustrate how to work with them experientially in your sessions. We will also save some time to share your comments and questions.
